The Bartlett Community Center has several options for children’s birthday parties. Visit Party Place on Bartlett Park District website for themed package options, or do-your-own party information. There are also several park shelters available for rent as well as the Bartlett Park Log Cabin.
Party Place is a great place for celebrating and hosting your next party. Themes include Nerf, Pirate Party, Gym Party, Pool Party, Princess Tea Party or Superhero Party. Select one of our specially priced theme packages or rent the room and do your own. Three party rooms are available within the Bartlett Community Center including two rooms in Party Place and the Arts & Crafts Room. Party Place Rooms accommodate 20 guests each and can be combined for a total of 40. The Arts & Crafts Room can accommodate 60 guests. At Party Place, we do all the work and you have all the fun! Advance notice should be given 14 days or further from date of party. To begin the rental process please complete and submit the Party Place Request Form. The Bartlett Park District has several shelters available for your picnics and other outdoor events. The Apple Orchard Shelter, James “Pate” Philip State Shelter, Jim Jensen Pavilion, and Humbracht Shelter are available for rent and require rental fees. Rental requests for the months of January through May are accepted starting October 1st. Rental requests for the months of June through December are accepted starting February 1st.
Located in the picturesque Bartlett Park on the corner of Oak and North Avenues, the Log Cabin offers space for gatherings of up to 50 people or 40 in a sit down fashion. The facility is ADA accessible and equipped with 40 stackable plastic chairs, 2 six-foot tables, 7 card tables, a long counter with deep sink, and air conditioning. Log Cabin rentals require a rental fee and security deposit.
